PRICING · HOW IT WORKS

Priced by configuration and number of stores

There is no price list on this page, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. A single till in one shop and a four-store group running on the cloud tier are not the same purchase, and a number published without knowing which one you are would be wrong for almost everybody reading it. Tell us the country, the number of stores and what you serve, and you get a quote for that.

Three tiers

They differ by how many machines are involved and how they stay in step, not by holding features hostage behind a higher price.

Single store
One till, everything local. Needs no network of any kind, which is the point in a lot of the places our customers trade. Suits a counter shop or a small dining room with one point of sale.
Multi-terminal, one shop
Several tills, floor tablets and kitchen screens talking to a host machine over the shop's own network. Still trades through an internet outage, because the router in your ceiling does not care about the fibre outside. The host is the authority on pricing and stock, which is what stops two terminals overselling the same bottle.
Multi-store cloud
Stores syncing to a central account, plus the head-office dashboard: today's takings by store, ranking, seven-day trend, top dishes, with drill-down into a single store's shifts and orders. Members and stored value carry across branches.

What is included regardless of tier

  • All 23 languages, on interface, menu, receipt and the QR ordering page. There is no separate language pack.
  • Setup of your catalogue, including the local-language column, built from whatever you have — an export, a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a photo of the printed menu.
  • A rehearsal on your real menu before you switch, taking an order the way your servers will and settling it the way your cashier will.
  • The in-software AI assistant and the illustrated manual, both in Chinese.
  • Human support on WeChat: 08:00–23:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8) — 00:00–15:00 UTC, seven days a week. 24/7 response for critical incidents.

What is not in the software quote

Hardware. You buy the computer, printers, drawer, tablets and card terminal locally, and we would advise you to — buying the computer locally rather than freighting one, and preferring separate components over an all-in-one till, are the two pieces of advice we give most often. When one part of an all-in-one fails the whole counter stops and you are waiting on a specific spare to clear customs. See what hardware you actually need.

Also not included: anything a third party charges you. Card acquiring, delivery platform commission and local fiscal device fees are between you and those providers.

Before you get a quote, tell us three things

The country, the number of stores, and what you serve. Those three decide the tier, and the first one decides something more important — what is actually possible where you are.

Fiscal requirements, local payment channels and delivery platform integrations differ sharply by country and change often. We have real integrations in some markets and none in others. You will get a straight yes or no for your market before you buy, not a general reassurance. We would rather lose the sale than promise a fiscal integration we do not have and have you discover it in your first month.

How it usually goes

  1. You message us on WeChat with the country, the store count and the format.
  2. We confirm what is supported in your market — plainly, including what is not.
  3. A free demo, remote or on site, using your real menu.
  4. A quote for the tier you actually need, and a trial if you want one.
  5. Catalogue setup, a rehearsal, then a changeover between services rather than mid-shift.

If you are coming off another system, the sequence has one extra step worth raising early — member balances people are already holding. See moving from another POS.

// Common questions

Why is there no price list on this page?

Because the quote depends on the configuration and the number of stores, and a one-till shop is not the same purchase as a four-store group on the cloud tier. A number published without those two facts would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. There is a free demo — remote or on site — run with your own menu rather than a sample one, and a trial period. Help importing your existing menu is part of onboarding rather than a separate charge.

What does the price depend on?

Which tier you need — single store, multi-terminal in one shop, or multi-store cloud — plus the number of stores and terminals. Hardware is bought locally by you and is not part of the software quote.

If we start on one till and open a second shop, do we buy a new system?

No. Single machine, in-shop LAN, multi-store cloud and the head-office dashboard are steps on one path. You move up a tier; you do not migrate data or retrain staff on a different product.

A demo on your own menu costs nothing

Remote or on site. We take an order, send it to the kitchen and settle the bill using your dishes.
